I have been using the Pax for many months now (maybe 2 years or so, could even be longer 😄 time goes by so fast ) and it works great. Always.After some really bad support experiences with other companies over the last few weeks, I remembered PAX Labs as a shining star. Have never had such a fast, competent and friendly online service before! The story: Some time ago I lost a part of my PAX (definitely my own fault) and had no opportunity to order a new one from germany, nowhere, no chance….So I contacted the support via Email to ask for help. They answered immediately (as I remember in about 30 minutes) and were really friendly in an outstanding manner.I was asked about the matter, explained my problem and they INSTANTLY SHIPPED the missing part, which I received WITHIN 2 DAYS…. for FREE. 💪🏻✨I‘m still amazed by that and often speaking about it, when talking with someone about (so called) support. ☺️
