Had to file a warranty claim for a Pax 1. Turns out "upgraded" design for Pax 2 requires you to place your bottom lip on extremely hot metal for extended periods of time to produce a decent draw. Pax refused to send a raised mouthpiece (like the Pax 1) instead of a flat mouthpiece because of an unnecessary warranty policy. Instead they offered 25% off a purchase through their online store. This discount equated to free shipping on a $20 purchase. I ordered on Dec 30, and here we are Jan 13 with no order fulfilled. Again, 2 weeks later they still haven't sent items I've been charged for. Online chat support is "unavailable" during their posted business hours, and there definitely isn't a phone number to call. I guess I should be happy they honored a 10-yr warranty but this follow-up service has been disappointing to say the least.
