Order PAX 3 from PAX Labs as a Christmas present. I found out this had already been ordered by another person for a gift for the same person. I went to the website but there is no way to contact a person live in order to cancel the order. I had to send an email. The email was sent on the 19th. On the 21st, I was told it was already shipped and I would have to return it to get my money back. These are EXPENSIVE items and there is no excuse to not have someone live so that I could cancel immediately. I will NEVER buy from them again. Buyer beware!!!
