I'm extremely disappointed! I ordered nesting coffee tables, expecting a wood-like color, but received white marble-like tables instead. A lengthy 3-week communication ensued, during which I had to repeatedly explain and provide evidence of their error. They finally agreed to refund my money if I returned the wrong items, but I had to cover the return shipping costs. I felt like I was communicating with a robot rather than a human, and my rights were not protected at all. I won't trust them again!
