Worst customer service ever. Blamed it on the vendor. Said they had no control over accounts others had set up, up to that person to refund. This was a reoccurring payment that was cancelled twice yet pay"I'm not your "pal continues to pay it. 4 times they paid it last year. When I tried to resolve it on line with customer service and ask them where to go to rate their service they sent me to a web site that wanted me to provide credit card info and a $1 refundable at the end of the month if I remembered to cancel the service. PAY PAL CANCELLED.
