Back late in December, 2019, I received 4 charges from Apple to my PayPal account. I don't have an apple account, so I immediately contacted Paypal and was told to open a resolution which I did. The 4 charges were unauthorized. After filing my complaint, I received an email from PP stating that they will investigate my claim. Days later, I received an email stating that they had concluded their investigation and that these charges were indeed authorized. How in God's name they came to this conclusion.....I have no clue. I went ahead and contacted Apple support and told them about the unauthorized charges, the representative told me that my claim was going to be investigated. Within a day, Apple reached out to me and told me that indeed these charges were not mine. Now, I asked myself, how did PP do their investigation? I thought that they protect the consumer......I guessed wrong. I am so disappointed with PP for the lack of service they provided. Way to go PP, good looking out for your customers (sarcastic). I will avoid using PP and use my cc to make purchases thus avoiding using this entity.PS: Those unauthorized charges were refunded back to my credit card.
