Used Pay Pal for a transaction from a company named Wotoba. Shipped from China. The merchandise was fake, poor quality, late in arrival and inappropriately sized. I documented all of the items along with a an email to Pay Pal that I wanted to to cancel or return the items. I escalated the claim after I got no where with Wotoba. Pay Pal closed the claim without reasonable explanation. I'm out almost $200. I thought Pay Pal was supposed to protect buyers from fraudulent merchants. I won't be using this service ever again. I should have listened to others who have had negative things to say about Pay Pal.
