I hadn't had a PayActiv account in about 5 years, I was trying to reactivate my old account for my new employer but it wasn't working. I contacted support via email and support instructed me to call customer service. I did and Jared Lee is the service agent that assisted me. Jared was absolutely fabulous! He was very patient and stayed on the line with me to ensure that my new account was up and ready to go. So I had a great experience and my issue was resolved quickly and professionally.
