They wrote a few letters for me, but never gave me the instructions needed to retrieve any of my money. Grok answered my questions, gave me directions, gave me the agencies and the procedures necessary to pursue this, and also wrote all of my letters for free.I was strongly suggest not using Payback as they are a scam
