Contacted about recovered funds and received a phone call on Monday to go through the process. I had received the documents about refund process and no fees will be incurred until money is transferred into account. During the process the funds are frozen and then I'm asked to pay 10% of my refund money to release the funds! I was so angry and what made me even more ropable was the agent said can I borrow the funds from someone to cover the cost. Nothing in the refund policy discusses a fee to release frozen funds. This gives a false sense of security and is misleading and misguiding to the consumer. Do not do business with this company ! KG
