If you are looking for a company to help you recover funds that were stolen from you. Please don’t use this company. I have had a case with payback for almost 3 years now. They have showed a lack of communication, a lack of care for my account and over the last 3 years out of the ten grand that was stolen I had to send the crypto companies emails myself and I recovered 600 dollars out of 10 grand. You know how much payback has recovered for me in the 3 years..zero dollars. Their customer reps don’t communicate well at all. Payback has not responded to emails directly or when I call their office the person who answers the phone who is a secretary will always say that my rep is not available. I leave the rep a message and don’t receive a call back. I have not spoken to my rep in almost 6 months. In the 3 years I have worked with Payback I have had 5 account reps. Dont use payback if you ever have funds stolen. They won’t help
