After I finally realized that I was truly being scammed and stopped allowing the scammers to talk back into the fold, I felt so overwhelm with emotions. Feelings of anger, sadness and hopeless. I search for any help that could be provided. On most searches I would see Payback frequently mentioned. I decided that I would at least try to see what could be done at this point since I had already lost so much. I got my first phone call from Payback the next morning. I was immediately reassured that Payback would work with me to develop my case and guide me during the process. Every person that I came in contact with at Payback was kind, knowledgeable and supportive. The initial interviews and contact led me to Ziva who keeps me informed and guides me through each of the processes.
