I’ve been involved with Payback since May 22nd 2024. Since my first phone I experienced very concerned & caring people. They knew exactly what I was going through. They made me feel I was in the right place to get help. My caseworker Shayna Rabin has been tenacious! Her team has kept in touch with follow up calls every week without fail. No funds have been recovered yet, but I know that it will happen & they won’t give up until they have success. In these times of great scams & organized fraudsters operating all over the world, it’s very reassuring there is a company out there that is leading the way to fraud recovery of all types.
