Working with Ella, my Case Manager has been great! She sets up weekly touch-base calls to make sure I am aware of where they are in the process.The team has determined where my ill-gotten funds have been deposited. It took 9 months to determine where the funds were moved and deposited.Now, they are notifying the financial institutions and determining the next steps to retrieve my funds.I will provide another update on my experience with Payback, as I continue thru the process.
