I have been with payback for a year . I lost over 200k and paid 20k to them out of desperation to recover my funds . They are sympathetic and professional and yes they do try to help u recover by crypto tracing and writing letters to the crypto boards etc. Sadly , I am beginning to lose faith that any funds can be recovered . Communication with them has died down also and recently their emails have bounced back and their main site seized by the FBI. Will write more to update once I hear back from them. But I do hope that I ain’t just buying hope for something that can’t be recovered
