Payback have been very supportive and done exactly what they said they would. It's been quite a long journey, which is actually still on-going. I didn't think we stood a chance in hell of getting any of our money back but Payback persevered and have currently managed to get half our money back and are continuing to fight for the remainder on our behalf. I can't thank them enough.
