It’s been almost a year since I signed up with payback, they sounded professional at first and very responsive. They provided me with a few letters to send to the organization which I got scammed through and when that did not work out payback asked me to send 1 more letter to escalate which also was rejected. And when I informed payback about the rejections that’s where they stopped responding. It was like they tried with these letters but that’s all they could do, and when you complain they just ignore you.It has been over 2 months now that they are not responding to my emails.Basically they are very limited and there is very little they can do, they have no magic way of getting your funds back.
