I hired Payback after dealing with another company that dropped the ball after they found out where the funds went to. Payback stayed with me the entire way with demand letters and the like. Noah was very persistent, professional and courteous. We are at the point where the platform will decide whether to refund my money or not, but it is Payback that got me to this point. The demand letters they wrote are exceptional with very professional language and strong demands for payment. Unlike the "other" company they didn't leave me hanging and was with me every step of the way. Right now I hope and pray the platform will do the right thing and refund my funds sooner than later.
