The service is excessively priced and not suitable for small businesses. I requested a one-year contract but found myself locked into a three-year agreement. When I tried to cancel, they didn’t disclose the fees until after the cancellation, which amounted to $10,000—much more than my monthly income. Every time I attempt to contact my assigned representative, I only reach an assistant who lacks knowledge about my case. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
