As a Payroll manager who has been working with Paycor since July 2023, it is THE WORST payroll system out there. Their reporting data is constantly wrong and they have done little to help. Their fees are outrageous and constantly increase. They get you in by making you think you will pay less than other companies but that all changes when you are stuck with them and they know it will be difficult to change to another provider. There is so much more but I know adding too much detail will have people overlook this. I will tell everyone out there not to go with them.
