I am frustrated trying to reach this service! I have talked to two representatives, sent numerous texts, and even used live chat. I had an outstanding bill from a mobile provider that was settled on December 18th, and I have confirmation that they received the payment. Despite informing the support team multiple times and providing evidence, the only response I get is a demand for payment that has already been made. It’s concerning that it takes over 30 days to confirm the payment and 10 days to validate the proof I have submitted.
