I am frustrated trying to reach this service! I have talked to two representatives, sent numerous texts, and even used live chat. I had an outstanding bill from a mobile provider that was settled on December 18th, and I have confirmation that they received the payment. Despite informing the support team multiple times and providing evidence, the only response I get is a demand for payment that has already been made. It’s concerning that it takes over 30 days to confirm the payment and 10 days to validate the proof I have submitted.
I'm extremely frustrated with this service; they keep sending me emails regarding a broadband box I returned to the provider. I sent multiple emails with my tracking proof around 18 months ago, and this past weekend, I received yet another email demanding payment. Thankfully, I retained my email correspondence and provided the proof again, only to be told they would remove my information. Yet, just 30 minutes later, I received another email asking for payment.
The way they manage negative reviews is astonishing. It's hard to believe how they operate. Every time I have a new experience, I find myself frustrated. They keep sending me appointment dates without any reference numbers, and the inconsistencies are appalling. They really need to address these issues, as I plan to continue sharing my experiences. If this continues, they could face over 50 negative reviews in the next six months, believe me.

I keep receiving unwanted text messages despite maintaining my account properly, and I have no idea why they are still contacting me. This clearly shows their lack of professionalism. I will rate them 1 star every time I receive an email or text, which could happen five times a month. It's frustrating.
