The HRIS is fine...I don't know much about customer support (as reading other reviews), but I have to say that the ATS system is way below average. They sell you on an "open API", but very few integrations actually work. If you want the ATS to integrate with anything, be prepared to get scoped $20,000+ for the other company to build the integration. Every time I call in I get a note that says "your account manager is unavailable". Also, when you sign up for the Paylocity ATS, you also have to sign up for JobTarget, which is $1-2K per month in order for your jobs to get posted anywhere except Indeed. Very frustrating onboarding/implementation as well...one of the worst I've ever been a part of.
