Things started out pretty well with implementation for our 1st payroll to start 11/01/2025. We noticed after 2 pay periods that our year to dates were not correct. We started trying to get this corrected. (They missed inputting 2 pay periods from the previous software co.) Fast forward to end of the year. Was told this would be fixed before W2's were sent out. WRONG!! Incorrect W-2s were put on the app and mailed out. It has been a nightmare from there to get things corrected. We finally got W2c's around the end of January 2026 and they were correct so that was good.
