Firstly i spoke to an advisor quickly - no long delays hanging on. The person i spoke to dealt with the issue i rang about quickly and efficiently but then also gave me additional advice and information that was extremely helpful, and impartial, and followed this up by sending me information. There was nothing that could have been improved. i was ringing to cancel, and now rather regret as the service today was so good.
