It was made much better because the customer service agent was very helpful, got the policy quote that was very helpful to us, and she was lovely. Professional, friendly and that's why we like being with paymentshield. We don't get fobbed off, we don't get passed around from one call to another, and another... My query was dealt with by one person only, from start to finish and that's a big plus in my eyes.
