I paid Payne Glasses $203 and 6 days after I returned the glasses, they are refusing to refund me. They promise me a full refund but refuse to give it. Now, I am uncertain if they will refund me. When I asked for a follow up to correct my glasses Payne refuse to help me even-though the wrote my satisfaction is their main concern. With no reply to my requests, that was a lie and a rip-off.
