I love the selection and they arrived in good time but they were not the prescription I ordered. This happened with my child's and my glasses. The prescription I put it was correct but what I received was way off. I had to get my child's and my eyes recheck and when they checked the prescription on the glasses they realized that what was prescribed and what I received were totally different. I sadly will never order my prescriptions glasses from Payne again they lost my trust.
I recommend Payne Glasses LLC!!! I got my first pair of glasses that is the adorable hearts on my frames. I love them 😍 and am all ready getting compliments on them!!! I see so much better with my new glasses!!! They made my glasses so fast and shipped them so fast !!! I definitely will rebuy next time I need new glasses!!!
I had to return my glasses not realizing I screwed up the input of the prescription. Payne Glasses took them back, confirmed the right prescription and sent me a new pair! Couldn't ask for more. Thank you for the great service. I love my new glasses.
I am now the proud owner of at least 10 pair of progressives from Payne. I was an optician for over 32 years and have always been very picky about my eyewear. Having been in the business I put only the best lenses on my face. They must be a digital progressive, transitions and have the best anti-glare coating. I have had no problems with any of my orders. I love my frames and the lenses give me perfect vision ( of course I have had the Rx checked for accuracy, still have many friends in the business) spot on perfectly placed in relation to my pupillary distance. The price is so very right for the quality as well! I will be a Payne optical customer forever!
Snazzy frames styles and I was impressed by the low costs! After ordering my first pair, literally within minutes I received an email that production had begun on my order. So impressed and can’t wait til they arrive!
I paid Payne Glasses $203 and 6 days after I returned the glasses, they are refusing to refund me. They promise me a full refund but refuse to give it. Now, I am uncertain if they will refund me. When I asked for a follow up to correct my glasses Payne refuse to help me even-though the wrote my satisfaction is their main concern. With no reply to my requests, that was a lie and a rip-off.
