My Payoneer account has been under review for over 30 days, and my funds have been completely inaccessible during this time.
I submitted all requested documents on February 28. There are no pending actions required from my side.
Despite this, the review is still ongoing with no clear explanation or timeline.
Support repeatedly provided deadlines (24 business hours, “by the end of the day”), but none of these commitments were honored.
Most concerning, I was explicitly told that there is no maximum timeframe for completing this type of review while my funds remain locked.
This effectively means my money can be held indefinitely without any clear resolution.
There are multiple active tickets on my case, yet no progress or accountability.
I have already submitted a formal complaint and escalated this issue further.
This situation is extremely concerning and unacceptable.
