My Payoneer account was permanently closed while it still contains my funds.
I have contacted customer support and opened a support ticket, but I have not received any clear response or solution on how to withdraw my remaining balance.
I fully understand that the account cannot be reopened, however, I am only requesting to receive my funds, which rightfully belong to me.
I am willing to provide any documents or verification required.
I kindly ask Payoneer to review my case urgently and release my remaining balance or provide clear instructions on how to withdraw it.

I signed up for Payoneer approximately two months ago. During registration, it clearly stated that document verification would take around 2 days. However, it has now been two months and my account is still “under review.”
To clarify in advance: I am a legal resident of Canada, fully verifiable. I live in Vancouver, hold Canadian identification documents, and have active Canadian bank accounts. I have no criminal record or negative history of any kind. There is absolutely no valid reason for my documents to be rejected or delayed.
The issue is not that my documents were rejected or approved — they have simply remained in limbo for two months. Support responses have been slow and unhelpful, repeatedly advising me to “wait,” with no clear explanation or resolution.
This level of delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a financial services company that promotes efficiency and reliability. I expected a much more professional onboarding experience.

However, your reply does not address the issue raised in my complaint.
My concern is not about being unaware of Payoneer’s fees, nor about choosing a different withdrawal method. The issue is specifically related to the timing and contractual basis of the USD 29.95 annual card fee that was deducted from my account.
According to Payoneer’s own published FAQ, the annual fee is charged either on March 17 or on the card issuance date and in subsequent years. My card was activated on February 15, 2026. Therefore, neither condition has been met, and a full 12-month cycle has not been completed.
Additionally, the fee was not deducted upon my first incoming payment, but only on the second one, which indicates inconsistency in the application of the policy.
I respectfully request that my case be reviewed carefully and individually, rather than receiving a generic response about fee transparency. Please provide a clear contractual explanation justifying the timing of this deduction.
I expect a response that directly addresses the specific points raised.

I used Payoneer for more than one year without any issues. My account was fully functional and I regularly received and withdrew payments as an individual entrepreneur.
Suddenly, my account was placed under review and I was asked to provide company registration documents. However, I am registered as an individual entrepreneur, not a company, so such documents do not exist in my case. Despite explaining this multiple times, my account was permanently blocked without any reasonable justification.
I consider this treatment unfair and highly unprofessional. A financial service provider should clearly understand the difference between a company and an individual entrepreneur, especially when operating internationally.
My attempts to resolve the issue through customer support were unsuccessful. Most responses appeared automated, and even when a human agent responded, the answers were repetitive and did not address my situation. No real assistance or clarification was provided.
Based on my experience, Payoneer cannot be considered a reliable financial partner. Accounts can be blocked without proper investigation or meaningful communication with the client.
I strongly advise caution when using this service.
This is my first Payoneer account and it has been a nightmare. I was not receiving the SMS verification code on my phone, so I contacted Payoneer support via multiple emails to resolve this technical glitch. Instead of helping me fix the SMS issue, they permanently closed my account on Dec 21 without any explanation!
My eBay business is completely stuck because of this unfair closure. I have committed no violation and I am a legitimate user. I demand a MANUAL REVIEW of my documents and my case by a senior compliance officer. Stop sending me automated rejection emails and fix my access!

I am extremely disappointed with Payoneer. They rejected my new application saying I already have an existing account, but I cannot even access my original account. When I try to log in, it says my account is suspended or blocked, and no one has provided a clear solution.
When I first created my account, I never even used it. I remember being told that they were “not accepting new registrations,” and that is why my account was suspended or blocked. I do not understand why they allowed registration in the first place if they were not accepting new users.
To clarify, I already closed my first account 4–5 months ago and I have proof of its closure. Since the account was officially closed, I submitted a new application, but it was still rejected as if the old account exists.
All my documents were valid and properly submitted. I am a freelancer and eCommerce seller providing services and selling products on different marketplaces, and Payoneer is essential for receiving payments. This situation is seriously affecting my business and income.
It is unfair to say I can only have one account while preventing me from accessing a new one, despite having closed my previous account, without clear explanation or proper support. I expected better transparency and communication.

I am having a difficult time getting it through to Payoneer that the email I normally use to log into my account is NO LONGER ACTIVE. Hence me emailing from a different email.
One smart rep finally hacked the code, it's like an algorithm, I'm sorry! So she asked for an alternative email so they can connect me back to that old email. Hannah was the only one who could read.
Then I again waited 1 day later Jennery responded and I am more confused now than ever before as she claims the email I'm enquiring to gain back access to someone is responding from there but that's my old email and the domain has been down so that's not possible.
Can someone please help me gain access to the email I've been requesting from the get go.
It is called customer CARE for a reason.
My Payoneer account (which is tied to my Etsy shop, my livelihood) was recently terminated without warning. I assume it has something to do with my dual citizenship and the fact that the process lacked human review - relying on an automated compliance system.
I wrote an email to the team but have yet to receive a response. I request my account be reinstated as I am able to provide my full legal citizenship documentation which can ultimately prove that no foul play occured from my end.
With such obvious holes in the system, at the time I cannot recommend Payoneer with a good conscience. I hope this situation can be resolved and that the platform will dedicate more time to properly assessing some of their clients' more specific circumstances.
