Without any warning, without any explanation, and without any prior communication, my account was frozen. $5,500 of my hard-earned money is now locked away, this may look small for you but not for a person like me. My team has not been paid. My client cannot process an active invoice. My business is at a standstill.
I reached out to support immediately. The response I received was warm in tone but hollow in substance. No reason. No timeline. No solution. Just "please wait."
I have a spotless record on this platform. Zero disputes. Zero chargebacks. 100% client satisfaction. I deliver work before requesting payment because I believe in earning trust. And yet here I am, being treated as though I have done something wrong, with no explanation of what that is.
