After 14 years with the service, this is the first time I've had to file a case. The seller refused to issue a refund despite my clear proof of returning the items. Unfortunately, the service determined that my case fell outside the Buyer Protection policy, which raises doubts about its effectiveness. This situation has led me to believe that the service prioritizes seller interests over those of buyers. My bank has been much more supportive and has conducted a thorough investigation, so I prefer to work with them from now on. I am finished with both the service and the seller, and I will be pursuing legal action. After years of loyalty, this support has been incredibly disappointing.
