Paypal have changed. They no longer are a safety net for purchasers. In disputes they seem to always act in the interests of the party that is of most benefit to paypal. Justice is not a factor, it seems. I had a dispute with a supplier, lodged a complaint at the resolution center, They kept putting forward the resolution date, finally ruling against me, when I complained, I could absolutely not get any response. There is no person ever available to explain things to, its all automated. They have blocked me closing my account until I formally accept their ruling, which in all conscience, I cant. Just use your credit card and save their fee because paypal wont support you, in my experience.
