Transactions No Longer Feel Secure

There was a time when using this service felt secure for transactions and funds. Now, if you become a victim of a scam, the company tends to favor the vendor, leaving you responsible for charges despite a clean history. The security of your account and credit card is questionable with this service. I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Frustrating Experience with Account Verification

I used to enjoy this service, but now they complicate account verification with confusing processes. I have a brain injury, and normally I manage such tasks, but this has become overwhelming. Double Charge Issue Unresolved

I was charged twice for an in-game credit purchase due to a glitch in the vendor's system. Despite providing all necessary information to the resolution center, they closed the case in favor of the vendor, stating there was no misrepresentation. Now, I can't even close my account due to unexplained limitations. It seems they no longer prioritize buyer protection, making it difficult to get help when needed.

There was a time when using this service felt safe for transactions, credit cards, and money. Now, if you fall victim to a scam, the company tends to favor the vendor, leaving you to deal with the charges, even when your history shows no prior dealings with them. Your account and credit card security are at risk with this service. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Previously Higher Expectations

I used to have a much better opinion, but after trying to use their buy now, pay later option and being denied due to an inadequate salary, my view has changed. If negative ratings were possible, I would choose one. I recommend looking into alternative options for financing.
