Used paypal for a good while and it was mostly fine, however, quite recently 3 different Uber eats meal orders from different cities and country's were charged to my account, i challenged these with paypal and my bank and my bank immediately reversed the payments, later the same day paypal messaged me to say the payments were fraudulent. 2 days later my paypal app suddenly said i owe them for the payments, no explanations, so I rang them up and was explaining to the member of staff for 35 minutes what was happening, he kept telling me, yes I can see the problems, but then he started saying"i can't hear you anymore, are you still there ?"after a couple of minutes he disconnected the call, and even though he knew it was a fraud case and he had all my contact details no one has got back to me to sort this issue out, so now I've canceled my bank card on the app, they can get in touch with me now. Awful customer services...
