Hello everyone! The so-called 'security' from this service is utterly USELESS! After four weeks of back and forth communication, it seems my only chance for a resolution is directly with the supplier, yet PayPal has denied any refund! They trust the scammers more than their own customers! ======================== Here's what happened: I purchased a software test package from a service provider in early November 2025 and was charged by a third party for a yearly premium package without my consent. These companies clearly work together, but customers are not informed ahead of time. I've been in touch with both the third party and the service provider, but have received NO PROPER RESPONSE and, of course, no refund! Exercise caution with these companies! =============================== After four weeks of communication and countless confusing emails, I was charged for a package I never bought, and the third party is now thinking about refunding me! This is clearly a SCAM! Yet PayPal keeps insisting everything is fine because they believe I received something from these companies. Why such ridiculous replies from PayPal without checking the suppliers? Absolutely USELESS!!!
