They seem to trust the fraudulent party more than their own customers! ======================== Here’s what happened: I purchased a software test package from a provider in early November 2025 and was charged by a third party for a year’s premium package at a hefty price. These companies collaborate closely, but customers receive no prior information. I’ve reached out to both the third party and the provider, but I still haven’t received any satisfactory response, let alone a refund! One star is far too generous for this service. My experience as a private seller has been nothing short of disastrous. I sold car parts with an accurate description and clear photos showing every detail. The buyer failed to check compatibility and then changed their story multiple times. Despite providing complete evidence, the service forced a return and withdrew money from my account. Their so-called 'Buyer Protection' encourages abuse; a buyer merely needs to claim 'not as described,' and the service almost automatically rules in their favor, even when the seller’s evidence proves otherwise. This isn't protection—it's a structural failure that penalizes honest sellers while rewarding dishonest behavior. Sellers bear all the risk, while buyers can misuse the system without consequences. An institution operating this way has no future. It's shocking that they continue to maintain such an unfair system. Many sellers have already left the platform, and it's easy to understand why. They need to seriously reconsider their policies before losing even more trust. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

This service has failed to provide the necessary protection to its customers. I had a one-year subscription with a provider that delivered a faulty product. This service is a practical way to pay in shops and restaurants. Sending money to friends is also quick and easy. However, when my residence permit expired, my account was frozen. Although I applied five weeks in advance, my permit extension did not arrive before the expiry date. After receiving my new permit, I couldn’t update my account due to a software problem that wouldn’t recognize the new expiry date. As a result, I’ve been unable to use my account for over six weeks.
Wow, it just keeps getting worse with this service. They clearly have systemic issues and problems with their payment options. I’m very disappointed with how difficult their site is to navigate. I wouldn’t trust my money with this service. You’ll regret it.
UPDATED: Do not trust this service to protect customers against disreputable suppliers. One star is too generous, but I couldn’t give zero. I received severely damaged items from a supplier overseas, but I couldn’t return them because the supplier canceled the return and the QR code wasn’t accepted at the post office. To send them back myself would have cost £30 each, while my requested refund was only £32. They did not accept any of the evidence I provided proving the supplier canceled the return. I responded six times asking for tracking details, but I couldn't provide them due to the supplier's cancellation. So much for customer protection against fraud. This is a well-known scam suppliers use to defraud people. UPDATE: They closed the resolution in the supplier's favor. I tried messaging them but was directed to automated responses. Eventually, I got through on the phone and was given excuses. I was offered a voucher for the money to sit inside a wallet app, but I can’t find it. I raised a formal complaint for mishandling the dispute, but was again met with excuses. I will take this further to the appropriate regulatory body if they do not handle this correctly.
I have been trying to update my phone number on my account for over five weeks. I cannot log in because my old number is inactive, and they require phone verification to access the account. Each time I contact customer service, I get the same response: 'The system is down, please call back tomorrow.' I have heard this for over a month. No one offers a solution, escalates the issue, or takes accountability. I have provided every document they requested, yet nothing happens. It’s unacceptable that a financial platform handling people's money has no functioning process for verifying identity and updating a phone number. I am effectively locked out of my own account with no timeline and no support. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered—slow, unhelpful, and completely repetitive. Be prepared for endless calls and zero results if you encounter technical issues.
