One star is far too generous for this service. My experience as a private seller has been nothing short of disastrous. I sold car parts with an accurate description and clear photos showing every detail. The buyer failed to check compatibility and then changed their story multiple times. Despite providing complete evidence, the service forced a return and withdrew money from my account. Their so-called 'Buyer Protection' encourages abuse; a buyer merely needs to claim 'not as described,' and the service almost automatically rules in their favor, even when the seller’s evidence proves otherwise. This isn't protection—it's a structural failure that penalizes honest sellers while rewarding dishonest behavior. Sellers bear all the risk, while buyers can misuse the system without consequences. An institution operating this way has no future. It's shocking that they continue to maintain such an unfair system. Many sellers have already left the platform, and it's easy to understand why. They need to seriously reconsider their policies before losing even more trust. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.
