This service has failed to provide the necessary protection to its customers. I had a one-year subscription with a provider that delivered a faulty product. I reported the issue and returned the item. However, despite my efforts, customer service informed me they were investigating the matter. Unfortunately, after a year, they did not issue a refund for the payments I made. Given this experience, I will cancel my account and will not recommend this platform to others. This situation is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
