they told me the reason my was limit i was a high percent of dispute i put againist seller. it my money and my account paypal does not believe in forgive .i told them off on the phone ..they are start asking for sssnumber i feel bank and insurance only can not internet company .paypal should be out of bussiness i dont recoommed it for you..my account been limit since june of last year and i tryed to appeal it i got rejectet.. thing you can not does when acount limit exsample closeyour account send money ect..they wont close your limit account it limited for life so you can not make a new account like this.stay away from paypal.com i,m so mad i feel they should a a law if account been banned or limit or company do not want to do business with you to dump your bad record on the system
