After four weeks of endless discussions and emails, it seems there might be a chance for a resolution directly with the supplier, yet PayPal has outright rejected any refund! They seem to trust the fraudulent party more than their own customers! ======================== Here’s what happened: I purchased a software test package from a provider in early November 2025 and was charged by a third party for a year’s premium package at a hefty price. These companies collaborate closely, but customers receive no prior information. I’ve reached out to both the third party and the provider, but I still haven’t received any satisfactory response, let alone a refund! This is clearly a SCAM! Yet PayPal insists that everything is fine because they believe I received something from these companies.
