Beware of scams; use this service only for withdrawing funds you receive. I made a purchase online and was charged twice. They claimed, "we lend you the funds," which is misleading. I paid directly with my bank card and had enough balance, yet my money disappeared. When the refund processed, I was still double charged, losing money from the mishandling of my balance. Since then, I haven't used this service for payments again. Their buyer protection? Completely ineffective.
