A refund was issued to me after a sale cancelled, on 21st January. As of today, 1st March, the refund doesn't appear in my bank statement. PayPal doesn't have a proper customer service and it's impossible to speak to anyone other than calling a phone number where you are endlessly put on hold. I may escalate with customer protection in Ireland, this is not a proper customer service

I lost money due to mishandling. Since then, I have avoided this service for payments. Their buyer protection is entirely ineffective.
