A refund was issued to me after a sale cancelled, on 21st January. As of today, 1st March, the refund doesn't appear in my bank statement. PayPal doesn't have a proper customer service and it's impossible to speak to anyone other than calling a phone number where you are endlessly put on hold. I may escalate with customer protection in Ireland, this is not a proper customer service

Highly Unreliable Service

This service is unreliable. I advise using it only to withdraw funds from specific platforms. I faced problems when buying an item online and was charged twice. They claimed to lend me funds, which was misleading. I paid with my bank card and had enough balance, yet the money disappeared. When the refund came, I was still double charged. I lost money due to mishandling. Since then, I have avoided this service for payments. Their buyer protection is entirely ineffective.

Beware of scams; use this service only for withdrawing funds you receive. I made a purchase online and was charged twice. They claimed, "we lend you the funds," which is misleading.
