I had a very disappointing experience with Paypenny due to their lack of transparency and inconsistent support.
I made a transaction, and my bank has clearly confirmed that the amount was successfully transferred and credited to the Paypenny account. The bank even traced the transaction and verified that the funds reached their account. However, Paypenny claims they have not received the amount and stated that it was sent to an old Paypenny account, which is not my responsibility. It is their internal matter to trace and resolve.
What is most concerning is that every time I contact their support, I receive different and conflicting responses. There is no clear explanation, accountability, or genuine effort to resolve the issue. This creates serious doubts about the reliability of their system and customer support.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before making transfers through this app. There is a real risk that your money may not be credited properly, and resolving the issue can be extremely difficult and stressful.
This has been one of the worst financial app experiences I have encountered.
