I had a very disappointing experience with Paypenny due to their lack of transparency and inconsistent support.
I made a transaction, and my bank has clearly confirmed that the amount was successfully transferred and credited to the Paypenny account. The bank even traced the transaction and verified that the funds reached their account. However, Paypenny claims they have not received the amount and stated that it was sent to an old Paypenny account, which is not my responsibility. It is their internal matter to trace and resolve.
What is most concerning is that every time I contact their support, I receive different and conflicting responses. There is no clear explanation, accountability, or genuine effort to resolve the issue. This creates serious doubts about the reliability of their system and customer support.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before making transfers through this app. There is a real risk that your money may not be credited properly, and resolving the issue can be extremely difficult and stressful.
This has been one of the worst financial app experiences I have encountered.
The rates we got is unbeatable among all the platforms and a plus point is that they don't charge any transaction fees which is awesome and whatsup support is also very fast as compared to other apps

I have been using paypenny for last year and the transaction process is very smooth and easy. Moreover, If in case you face any issues then the staff always get ready to help within a moment. I would highly recommend to use this app.
For me its really bad experience i will never use it again they are taking a long time for processing any transaction even they got a fake review from me as they said if i will do a good review then i will be in their priority list which helps my transactions to be completed within 24 hrs but all of this is fake i am texting them everyday for my own money but its stuck in their app even i am not able to cancel it, don’t use it really make a trouble.
I have being using the app for a long time now. I have to tell us that it may take time to complete transaction however, it always give better rates than any of other app. Even better then google rate sometimes.
