It's unfortunate that I have to give a single star. The entire experience with this firm has been terrible. The fitters they employ are not suitable for any job, especially in your home. They arrived late to fit carpets while my children were sleeping upstairs, despite being promised daytime service. There was no communication, even though they had my contact details. On the second visit, they refused to lay the carpets, contradicting previous instructions. The accounts manager denied our deposit, claiming the carpet was cut, which it was not. I witnessed unprofessional behavior from the fitter. I strongly advise staying away from this service.
