It's unfortunate that I have to rate this service so poorly. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the fitters they employ are not suitable for any job, let alone in your home. The first visit was a disaster, with fitters arriving late at 7:00 pm while my children were trying to sleep upstairs, despite being told someone would come during the day. There was no communication from them, even though they had our contact information. On the second visit, they refused to lay the carpets because the previous one was still in place, despite being instructed to leave it as is. Additionally, the accounts manager denied our deposit claim, claiming the carpet was damaged, which was not the case. The carpet was simply being transported improperly while the fitter was distracted. I strongly advise against using this service.

They arrived late to fit carpets while my children were sleeping upstairs, despite being promised daytime service. There was no communication, even though they had my contact details. On the second visit, they refused to lay the carpets, contradicting previous instructions. The accounts manager denied our deposit, claiming the carpet was cut, which it was not. I witnessed unprofessional behavior from the fitter. I strongly advise staying away from this service.
We requested a quote and were seen the next day. We were pleased with the quote, paid the deposit the same day, and our fitting took place today. The fitters were quick, and despite their speed, the finish was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this service as it was such an easy process.
