I echo the sentiments of others who would give this service zero stars if possible. I faced a weekend without washing because the app malfunctioned after I loaded the machine. Maintenance later confirmed it was the app's fault. Now, I'm on week three without clean laundry because the app won't let me change my payment method. This has been a constant issue since the service was installed.
