I am extremely disappointed with Paysafecard support.
I have a missing transfer of 289.85 EUR and have provided all the requested documents. It has now been over two weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response or update.
This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially when it involves customer funds.
I expect an immediate update and resolution of this issue.
