The service is incredibly inefficient and untrustworthy. It feels like a scam! I've been using this platform for over four years, and my feedback seems to go unnoticed. Customer support is lacking and hard to reach; you can only contact them via chat or email, with no phone support available. When you do manage to reach them, you're often put on hold with messages about other customers. Emails either go unanswered or receive automated replies that promise a response within 24 hours, but delays can stretch to 5 or even 10 days, if you hear back at all!
Recently, my transfer failed, and when I sought clarification, they blamed my bank's account number. After contacting my bank, they confirmed that all details were correct and that no transfer request was received. I can send money from other institutions without issue!
Their verification process is riddled with problems and has caused numerous inconveniences. I've undergone verification multiple times since early 2021, and each instance has been problematic. They even interrupted a transfer to request selfies and passports from the recipient in a very clumsy manner. My services were disrupted repeatedly, and the compliance department's verification methods pose a significant risk to your money. Ultimately, my account was terminated without any clear explanation, and customers are treated poorly.
